This option enables clients and users to allow an InfoShare Consulting support representitive a one-time connection to thier desktop (remotely control their mouse and keyboard) for remote support purposes. This support option requires no software installation and cleanly terminates leaving the system in its original, unreachable and secure state. This support system enables support even when the requesting users are protected via a router or firewall. This option is ONLY available for clients and users that already have a prior relationship with InfoShare Consulting, have a high speed/broadband internet connection, and have Microsoft Windows as their operating system. This service is only available when necessary and previously scheduled/requested by InfoShare Consulting. To continue with this support option: 1. Download/save this file (InfoShare Remote Desktop Support.exe) to your desktop. 3. You will then see the "InfoShare Consulting Remote Desktop Support" window. Double click on the "InfoShare Remote Desktop Support" option listed in the left hand column of this window. 4. If the connection is successfully requested, you will then see a "Remote Connection Is Now Active" message balloon coming from your system tray (lower right hand corner). If this balloon does not display, please Contact Us to notify us of the error. At this point, you system is waiting for an InfoShare Consulting support representitive to accept your request. Please do not touch your mouse and keyboard at this time. At any time, you may choose to terminate the connection IMMEDIATELY by right clicking on the white and green "ISC" icon in your system tray (lower right hand corner) and selecting the "Close" option.
